Description of the problem	The rear seat belts on this vehicle get stuck all the way out and will not retract. The car is out of warranty as of this month and the dealer is quoting around $800 to fix this known issue. Having a broken retractor is not safe as we cannot put two people in the back seat of our car. A terrible design to have a seat belt break when very few passengers ride in the back seat except for my child. Please help and put a recall on this issue.
